Your Safe Kitchen Special Diet Consulting AND Rise & Shine Desserts were founded to provide a delectable variety of savouries as well as cakes, pastries, and breads to those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Whether you are a person with celiac disease, wheat or dairy intolerances, nut or dairy allergies, vegetarian, or vegan we offer culinary instruction to empower you to become more mindful, educated, inspired and empowered in relation to your diet. All recipes I write are made with wholesome natural and organic ingredients.
I challenge myself to not use rice flours. My flours vary from sweet sorghum, cassava, whole grain cornflours, potato flour, coconut flour and bean flours. I write all of my recipes with sensitivity for the environment, local communities, and of course, your health!
