Whether you are a person with celiac disease, wheat or dairy intolerances, nut or dairy allergies, vegetarian, or vegan we offer desserts made with wholesome natural and organic ingredients. We do not use rice flours. Our flours vary from sweet sorghum, cassava, whole grain cornflours, potato flour, coconut flour and bean flours.
